Anger is a human expression... a very common one! It is a personal feeling and everybody has a different way to express it. Some people just burst it out aloud... which is the most common way of expressing it, while some are sober when it comes to showing anger!
When we hear the word anger, we always have bad thoughts about people expressing anger, but sometimes it might be good. When some people get rid of anger, they feel better after it because their body is much more relaxed. But i don't completely agree with the above statement.... When I get angry, I don't vent my anger openly.Instead i count hundred to get a control over my anger... and my friends know this fact very well!
A very good quote from Bhagavad Gita on this topic: “Delusion arises from anger. The mind is bewildered by delusion. Reasoning is destroyed when the mind is bewildered. One falls down when reasoning is destroyed.” So... the moral of the story is: "Temper is a valuable possession.. don't let it go easily!"
My mother says that "Hell has three gates: Anger, lust and greed!" Ya... it is again some good quote from Bhagavad Gita.... But i do respect and like this quote a lot. So... now i think bahut lecture ho gaya hai.... I'll end this post by saying: Whenever you get angry, just calm down and laugh like Dr. J. Asthana from Munnabhai movie! It'll definitely help you!
