2. Navigation & Traffic
Google latest update for Android devices adds voice guided, turn-by-turn navigation for India. It can be accessed via Google Maps or via the dedicated navigation app on some phones. However, Google Navigation also shows live traffic information for select cities in India — displayed using colours (red for heavy, yellow for moderate and green for free). Accordingly, the app can also suggest a reroute — the best possible way to reach your destination and avoid traffic. Google's live traffic information can be viewed on a desktop browser as well.
