Read carefully the differences between JAN LOKPAL draft prepared by 'Anna Hazare and Co.' and the GOVERNMENT LOKPAL.

Lower Bureaucracy	Included in ambit of Lokpal (as corruption cannot happen without their connivance and support).	Excluded. Only around 60000 Class 1 officers of Centre included.
State government, municipal, nagarpalika, panchayat staff	Included, as Bill creates state Lok Ayuktas simultaneously.	No provision of Lok Ayukta to investigate state, municipal and other employees.
